Job Summary
Achieve sales goals and represent brands within assigned territories to drive in-store sales and brand awareness. Establish strong relationships with store teams, educate staff on product knowledge, and execute interactive demonstrations while ensuring merchandising meets company standards. Provide critical feedback through survey responses and leave a positive lasting impression after each visit. This fluctuating, part-time, seasonal role requires 0-20 monthly hours, weekend availability, and vehicle ownership to travel the territory. Required Qualifications
- Must have beauty retail experience
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in-store retail environment required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be available on weekends
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
