Job Summary
Manufacturer Relations Associate supports onboarding, program implementation, and ongoing administration of pharmaceutical manufacturer distribution programs. Works with cross-functional teams to coordinate onboarding, documentation, invoicing coordination with Finance, and ensure operational readiness for product launches and distribution activities. Emphasis on building expertise in pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturer programs, and supply chain operations; roles include preparing materials for meetings, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, maintaining product master data, and escalating complex matters to Senior Trade Managers. Requires collaboration across Finance, Purchasing, Customer Service, Distribution Centers, and other teams; utilizes MS 365 tools and strives for accurate program documentation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of professional experience in business operations, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, customer support, supply chain, project coordination, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with ability to gather information, identify issues, and support problem-solving efforts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Willingness to learn complex business processes, manufacturer programs, and pharmaceutical operations.
