Job Summary
Lead Monkey Shoulder and Grant's brands by developing business plans, forecasting growth, and executing ATL, experiential, and trade marketing initiatives across Brown-Forman Japan. Translate global strategies into actionable marketing mixes while managing budgets, A&P tracking, and performance analysis to drive profitability. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Marketing Manager, championing brand values internally and with trade professionals through cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and agencies. Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews for leadership, curate refined brand experiences aligned with premium shopper lifestyles, and advocate for diversity and inclusion. Requires 5+ years in FMCG or luxury beverages, fluency in Japanese and English, and ability to travel for evening and weekend events.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Ability & willingness to travel internationally and attend evening and weekend events, when needed
- Persuasive communication skills (influencing, listening, presenting, writing) in Japanese and English
