Job Summary
Brand Manager – Self Care LATAM leads LATAM brand strategy for a defined portfolio, driving regional growth, ownership of innovation from ideation to launch, and partnering with Local/Regional/Global teams to deliver sustainable business results. This role defines regional communication frameworks, collaborates to ensure consistent execution, leverages data to drive decisions and identify risks/opportunities, and oversees cross-functional execution across product, claims, and go-to-market with a strong emphasis on cross-functional influence and stakeholder management. The position requires strong strategic thinking, ownership, and the ability to align R&D, Regulatory, Supply, and Finance to deliver priorities, supported by analytics and market data insights to inform opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- MBA is a plus
- Solid marketing experience (Consumer Health, OTC, or FMCG preferred)
- Experience leading innovation projects end-to-end
- Strong background in consumer insights and analytics
- Experience in communication strategy and execution
- Familiarity with market data tools (e.g., IQVIA)
- Strong ownership and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced English; Spanish regional LATAM experience preferred
