Job Summary
Brand Manager responsible for integrating customer insights and analytics to guide market strategies across healthcare solutions. Leads brand and portfolio strategy, targeting, positioning, and messaging across customer segments; drives marketing mix and KPI-driven execution; designs and executes cross-functional projects; implements and monitors marketing plans within budget; develops promotional mix and training for the sales team; ensures compliance with finance and budgeting practices. Requires minimum bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years pharma/healthcare experience, multinational exposure, strong analytics, and English proficiency; opportunity to contribute to launches and cross-functional initiatives within a leading biopharma environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (medical/pharmacy desired; biology/biochemistry/marketing also considered)
- 2-3 years in pharmaceutical industry or health-care consulting with healthcare focus
- Experience in multinational company
- Experience in or exposure to new product launches
- Strong English (spoken/written)
- Strong analytical skills and learning agility
- Proactive and independent attitude
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
