Job Summary
Brand Manager at Sandoz Kazakhstan responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive growth across biosimilars and RX portfolio. Drive lifecycle management, establish strategic partnerships, develop marketing action plans, forecast resource allocation, monitor product performance, and adjust plans to maximize impact. Lead digital/media engagement, contribute to omnichannel initiatives, and collaborate with Customer Experience & Engagement teams to identify opportunities for brand growth. Requires 3-5+ years of marketing/product management experience, university degree, English fluency, strong communication, and ability to translate market dynamics into differentiated brand strategies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, business planning, and ensuring alignment of sales and other departments to achieve product objectives; offers with a flexible and remote-work-friendly environment where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing (product management) not less than 3-5 years
- University degree in Business/Marketing/Medicine
- Fluency in English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with local opinion leaders
- Analytical approach focusing on sales performance and KPIs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
