Job Summary
Brand Manager for Respiratory (Asthma & CRSwNP) based in Vienna, Austria. Lead local commercial strategy for a priority biologic brand, translating global strategy into Austrian market execution across integrated campaigns (digital, face-to-face, events) and omnichannel engagement. Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and external partners to drive launch excellence, identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and patient outcomes, and manage budget planning, KPI tracking, and performance analysis. Requires a university degree and a minimum of 3 years in Brand Management or related marketing/commercial roles in pharma/healthcare; fluency in German and English; comfortable working in a cross-functional, regulated environment with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. Offer includes a starting salary from €80,000 (annual gross), with potential overpayment, plus bonus, company car, pension, and other benefits. Flexible working hours with the option for hybrid work.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Commercial/Sales roles within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills; fluent in German and English
