Brand Manager, QT Hotels & Resorts

Job Summary
Co-create and drive brand strategy, planning, and campaign delivery for QT Hotels & Resorts and EVT's luxury hotel experiences. Partner with hotel teams to ensure consistent luxury brand standards across digital, physical, and emerging customer touchpoints. Lead strategic initiatives including openings, refurbishments, repositioning projects, and brand development while building campaigns that drive commercial performance. Shape premium customer journeys across websites, apps, and social platforms, and support digital and search optimisation to maintain accurate brand presence. Contribute to luxury gifting products and commercialise marketing services, while working with Group Communications to build brand storytelling. Where applicable, build and lead a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years' experience in brand and partnerships
- ideally within luxury, premium hospitality or lifestyle brands
- relevant tertiary qualification
- track record of translating brand and marketing strategy into measurable commercial outcomes
- Experience managing integrated marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence across a large, complex business
- A solid understanding of digital marketing, website management and customer experience
- Experience developing and launching new products and services
- Strong analytical and commercial instincts, backed by an eye for customer and market insight
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- A creative mindset with sharp attention to detail
