Job Summary
Brand Manager to drive strategic development, execution, and performance of assigned pharmaceutical brands. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies including positioning, messaging, and communication plans; conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer needs and opportunities; manage full product lifecycle from development to market withdrawal; collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and supply chain; develop and manage brand budgets; monitor brand performance metrics and implement improvements; lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events; manage relationships with external agencies/vendors and key opinion leaders; ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management within OTC, Personal Care or Beauty industry
- Proven track record of developing and launching pharmaceutical brands
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
