Job Summary
Own EVO's brand positioning, messaging architecture, and communication methodology across consumer segments while developing standards that ensure consistency without rigidity. Design and lead integrated marketing programs across digital, direct response, and offline channels, building business cases with clear assumptions and KPIs to make go/no-go recommendations. Initiate and manage marketing research projects to synthesize signals from market data and campaign performance into strategic recommendations. Partner with product, sales, data, and external agencies to align on priorities, acting as the single point of accountability for agency outputs. Own brand performance dashboards to read metrics in near real-time and course-correct, applying AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, content ideation, and campaign reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in brand management
- at least 3 years at Marketing Manager level
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required)
Desired Qualifications
- Domain experience in Fintech, e-commerce, FMCG, or banking
- startup or AI-first background
- Proven track record building marketing operations from scratch, not just inheriting existing programs
- You use AI tools actively — crafting clear prompts, evaluating outputs critically, and applying them to expand your scope and speed, not just automate routine tasks
- You take initiative without waiting to be directed: you identify the gap, propose the approach, and start moving
- You connect brand strategy to product, data, and sales realities — operating effectively across functions with different priorities and languages
- You treat every campaign as a learning experiment and update your playbook when the data tells you to, not when it is convenient
- Business Owner — Takes full accountability for brand outcomes end-to-end; makes positioning and budget calls without needing central approval
- Domain Expert — Owns the brand craft deeply enough to brief, challenge, and elevate agency work; documents what works and shares it across the team
- Relationship Manager — Builds and sustains trust with agency partners and internal stakeholders; the quality of the work pipeline is measurable
- High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
