Job Summary
Lead comprehensive brand analysis to assess market position, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities while defining and evolving brand positioning and architecture. Own the annual brand planning process, including development, cross-functional alignment, briefing, and execution, alongside managing forecasting and order planning with suppliers to ensure consistent product availability. Develop creative briefs aligned with strategy and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, trade, and experiential channels. Monitor brand and SKU performance using internal data sources to analyze trends, pricing, and distribution dynamics. Own the brand P&L, manage annual budgets aligned to strategic priorities and ROI expectations, and deliver regular performance reporting to suppliers. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and supplier partners to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
