Job Summary
Brand Manager for local category within JDE Peet’s, responsible for portfolio deployment, range management, and local brand communication; compiles and shares market insights with key stakeholders and translates insights into actionable strategies. Owns full execution, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and supports category performance through market and consumer insights. Requires BA in Marketing/Management/Industrial Engineering and 5+ years in an international FMCG context; strong ability to leverage consumer insight data, track trends, and lead initiatives with ownership and clear stakeholder communication. Proficiency in English and Turkish expected. Location: Ataşehir, Istanbul, Turkey with hybrid remote option.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Marketing / Management / Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in an international FMCG company, in Marketing
- Experience in brand management of products which are emotionally important for the end customers
- Good at working with consumer insight data to understand the market and consumer dynamics and turn them into actionable insights
- Closely tracking the consumer trends with forward thinking approach
- Strong sense of ownership
- Strong communication skills to inspire key stakeholders and agencies
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent command of English & Turkish
