Job Summary
Collaborate with Brand and Commercial teams to support product launches, educational initiatives, and marketing campaigns by delivering corresponding website updates for the Libre CGM portfolio. Translate campaign strategies into effective website experiences that reinforce key messaging and customer actions while aligning support for integrated omnichannel campaigns. Help identify and address healthcare professional information needs through relevant website content and experiences in partnership with agency and internal stakeholders. Monitor web performance, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and content effectiveness. Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and launch readiness activities to deliver updates on schedule. Work onsite in Alameda, CA, with 20% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, content marketing, or related disciplines
- Strong interest in digital customer experiences and healthcare professional marketing
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and basic website analytics
