Job Summary
Own the Addiction brand strategy and 12–24 month roadmap aligned to global growth targets. Run annual brand planning covering positioning, pillars, audience, and messaging across priority markets. Lead 360° campaigns spanning digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and events, while building a consistent storytelling system from hero campaigns to seasonal moments. Act as marketing lead for the product portfolio, shaping claims, benefits, and pack messaging in partnership with R&D, Regulatory, and QA. Orchestrate cross-functional execution with Sales, Trade, E-commerce, and country teams, equipping markets with toolkits and tracking performance dashboards. This global, work-from-home role involves partnering virtually with teams worldwide and traveling periodically for key launches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5–8 years in brand management or category marketing
- Proven experience running integrated campaigns across digital and trade channels
- Strong foundation in brand strategy, positioning, and market execution
Desired Qualifications
- FMCG, premium food, or pet industry is a plus
- Experience in multi-market / distributor-led models
- Comfortable using brand, sales, and campaign data to drive decisions
