Job Summary
Brand Manager to lead brand strategy across digital, retail, PR, and trade channels for an international pet-brand portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing plans, leading integrated campaigns, driving new product development, protecting brand identity across consumer and trade channels, ensuring consistency in messaging, artwork, advertising, packaging, and communications, and building strong relationships with trade and consumer media to boost visibility. The role requires monitoring market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and requires 5+ years in brand marketing, with strong digital, international, and brand-development skills. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the Peterborough (Cambridgeshire, UK) office; travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in brand marketing (ideally FMCG, consumer goods, or pet industry)
- experience across digital channels (social, e-commerce, performance marketing)
- proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category Management
- strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and consumer marketing across an international marketplace
- effective English communication; additional European language is a plus
