Brand Manager, Community Engagement

Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive community brand events and strategies to promote brand awareness through various channels. Identify and engage with key community stakeholders, including Homeowners Associations, nonprofits, and local small businesses. Organize and oversee brand events from inception to execution, while attending networking events to develop relationships and form partnerships with local businesses and influencers. Manage sponsor and partner relationships to ensure alignment, and monitor event effectiveness regarding return on investment. Represent Ezee Fiber at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand image, and create engaging photo and video content on social media platforms. Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to plan strategies, collect customer feedback, and stay abreast of industry trends. This role requires a valid driver's license, availability for flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and the ability to travel up to 40% to local event sites and vendor meetings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in brand management, community engagement, or related fields
- Proficiency in designing, planning, and organizing event logistics
- Professionally manage partnerships with local partners and vendors
- Managing expenses and vendor agreements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with community engagement, chambers, and networking groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to travel up to 40% to local event sites, corporate offices, vendor meetings, and other business locations as required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including scheduled evenings and weekends as needed
