Job Summary
As Brand Manager for Cat, you will translate insights into strategies, lead cross-functional projects, and drive growth for the Cat Portfolio. You’ll act as the connective tissue between consumer insights, innovation, sales, and integrated marketing to ensure we build a brand pets love and retailers support. Responsibilities include establishing deep product/consumer knowledge, analyzing performance, leading Innovation and Renovation projects from concept through launch, developing annual brand plans with new product launches and promotional plans, and using data insights to identify opportunities for the Treats business. Required: 3-5 years of CPG Brand Management experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency with Nielsen or IRI, packaging/asset creation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
