Job Summary
Brand Manager, Breast Cancer Portfolio in Korea leads strategic marketing for a multi-product breast cancer portfolio, owning local brand strategy, lifecycle management, and market leadership. Drives end-to-end local planning, long-range forecasts, and high-impact campaigns to maximize brand adoption and market share, while translating complex clinical data into field-ready messaging for the sales team. Oversees KPIs, financial/demand forecasting, and P&L performance; collaborates with Corporate Affairs, Market Access, and external PR to shape media activations and patient advocacy programs. Manages co-promotion governance, promotional tools, and compliance with MLR and KRPIA codes, ensuring alignment across Medical, Sales, RA, and P&R teams and maintaining rigorous field execution and education platforms. Requires advanced stakeholder management, strategic negotiation within a cross-functional matrix, and the ability to translate scientific insights into compelling commercial narratives across a multi-brand portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical/oncology marketing experience
- Strong strategic brand management and P&L ownership
- Experience translating clinical data into commercial narratives
- KOL/stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
- Knowledge of KRPIA codes, MLR processes, and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in English and Korean (professional)
