Job Summary

Brand Manager, Brand Growth & Innovation – Towels leads brand-building initiatives across North America, developing a 2–5 year growth strategy and innovation roadmap. Works with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization (R&E, Product Supply, Insights & Analytics, RGM, Design, Sales) to translate consumer insights into strategic plans, drive long-term brand equity, and execute in-market launches. Develops channel-specific go-to-market strategies, brand foundations, and learning plans; leverages P&L acumen to forecast and optimize growth and margins; identifies process improvements and leads cross-functional collaboration. Requires a Bachelor’s in business/marketing (Master’s/MBA preferred), 5+ years of brand-management experience in a CPG context, and ability to operate in a hybrid work environment. Kimberly-Clark provides in-country relocation for the chosen candidate. The role is based in Chicago at the Chicago Commercial Center with flexible/hybrid work arrangements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
  • Master’s/MBA with a concentration in Marketing preferred
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with brand management (CPG industry experience highly preferred)
  • P&L management; development and execution of brand marketing plans; cross-functional knowledge across manufacturing, product and technology development, and product supply
  • Experience concepting and briefing for product innovation, renovation, and commercial news; proven experience bringing innovation to market
  • Strong ability to synthesize insights into a clear brand strategy and positioning
  • Experience leading in a matrix organization and managing agency partners on long-term initiatives
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to drive action across multiple functions
  • Entrepreneurial, can-do mindset with bias for action
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead go-to-market strategies
