Job Summary
Brand Manager to lead strategic brand planning, campaign development, and product launch oversight for the Big Green Egg brand. Responsibilities include developing and executing brand plans, coordinating national marketing campaigns with internal teams and external agencies, owning the integrated marketing plan for new product introductions, supporting ecommerce and retailer merchandising, serving as brand steward for online content, managing agency relationships, and providing strategic direction for video content and campaigns. The role requires driving consumer engagement, growing market share, and delivering measurable business results while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in brand management, strong project management, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication skills. A passion for outdoor cooking or the Big Green Egg community is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of brand management experience
- strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign development, and digital marketing
- excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- strong analytical and communication skills
- passion for outdoor cooking/grilling or Big Green Egg community is a plus
