Job Summary
Brand Manager, Beverages responsible for leading beverage portfolio growth, driving product launches from concept through commercialization, and partnering with R&D to develop science-backed, claims-compliant innovations. Requires solid beverage marketing expertise, strong business acumen, analytical mindset, cross-functional leadership, and ability to manage early commercialization, velocity, distribution, and consumer adoption. Experience in functional beverages and knowledge of natural/specialty channel dynamics is preferred; Bachelor's degree required with MBA a plus. Open to remote work in California with focus on delivering strategic marketing plans, leveraging syndicated data sources, and coordinating with technical teams to drive market success.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum five (5) years of brand management or marketing experience within the beverage industry
- Proven experience launching and managing beverage products or line extensions with measurable business impact
- Experience leveraging syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), consumer insights, and category trends to guide decision-making
