Job Summary
Brand Manager role serving as the main liaison between assigned supplier(s) and KEG 1 Missouri, LLC infrastructure, responsible for developing and implementing growth-focused brand strategies, forecasting annual sales by brand, coordinating supplier-driven marketing programs, and managing local promotions, POS, and budget controls. Key activities include planning and strategy development, executing supplier-focused marketing plans, analyzing marketing performance with executives, coordinating cross-team efforts for local market execution, and ensuring timely funding and budget management. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and five+ years of sales/management experience (CPG preferred), plus a valid driver license. The position emphasizes brand potential analysis, pricing strategies, and collaboration with supplier representatives to drive market share and profitability across assigned brands.
Required Qualifications
- Education – Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent
- Experience – Five (5) or more years sales and/or management experience, prefer CPG industry
- Licensing – valid Driver License
