Job Summary

Brand Management Coordinator to support Bravado UK’s A&R/Brand Management team with proactive, organized assistance on high-profile, consumer-facing projects. Responsibilities include owning asset management for UK repertoire, creating and modifying content for mailers, websites and social media, performing design tweaks and mockups, preparing tech packs and product grabsheets, managing licenses and image assets, assisting with retail submissions from global sales, coordinating sample deliveries and ‘comp’ requests for clients, producing project reports for stakeholders, coordinating product photography with external suppliers, and preparing presentation decks for pitches and client updates. Duties also cover raising purchase orders and issuing invoices, coordinating meetings and room bookings, and providing general admin support to the Junior Brand Manager. Essential skills include strong organizational/administrative abilities and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, plus experience with asset management systems and handling diverse digital image assets across websites, emails, paid, and display channels. The role is based in Kings Cross, London, within Universal Music Group UK, focusing on merchandise and brand management activities for UK repertoire and internal campaigns.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in Brand/merchandise coordination or similar administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Experience with asset management systems
  • Experience handling digital image assets for websites/emails/paid/display
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Ability to prepare presentation decks and client updates
  • Knowledge of merchandising processes and retail submissions
