Job Summary
Coordinate the Brand Licensing Client Management Lifecycle, managing pre-sales support, claim opportunity assessment, and asset delivery for Speedtest Awards and Marketing Rights programs. Act as the primary liaison between clients and the Brand Licensing team to verify marketing claims backed by Ookla data, while proactively reviewing market data to highlight potential claims. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to execute process improvements, organize brand use cases, and assist in creating case studies for client meetings. Verify internet service provider and mobile network operator information globally, ensuring accurate substantiation documents and creative approvals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in agency, media or brand partnerships account management role with track record of sales enablement/growth and direct client relationships
- Background in Telecommunications industry (mobile or fixed internet)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (must)
- Understanding of internet connectivity technology and terminology, a plus
- Understanding of marketing strategy, campaign planning and GTM execution
- Experience with licensing, brand partnerships (agency model) sales cycle, a must
- Superior written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills
- Ability to identify and drive process improvements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Must be fluent in Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel
- Travel required up to 25% of time
- Background check required
Desired Qualifications
