Job Summary
Supports the development and execution of innovation projects to strengthen brand relevance, expand the product portfolio, and drive business growth. Assists in concept development to product launches, analyzes consumer insights and market trends, collaborates with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales, coordinates packaging development, artwork adaptation, and product claims review to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Tracks KPIs like timelines and launch success, supports ideation workshops and cross-functional meetings, and prepares presentations and product decks for internal stakeholders. Willingness to relocate to the job location is noted.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in the related job field
- 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential
