Job Summary
Design and optimize Web-to-App funnels to guide users from first product contact to purchase; create, test, and iterate design hypotheses to grow key metrics; design quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells; analyze experiment results to discover new conversion points; work with design systems to maintain high-quality interfaces; create high-end AI-generated fashion visuals for product and growth tasks; contribute to email communications and lifecycle materials (ASA/ASO); collaborate closely with Lead Designer and PMM to align product thinking with business metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product/growth design
- Ability to design and optimize web-to-app funnels
- Experience with quizzes, checkout flows, and upsells
- Ability to test hypotheses and analyze results
- Familiarity with design systems and high-quality interfaces
- Ability to create AI-generated visuals for fashion products
- Experience with lifecycle communications (emails, ASA/ASO)
