Job Summary
Design and produce high-converting product images, infographics, and lifestyle composites for Amazon Seller Central and Walmart listings, adhering to platform specifications and style guides. Develop Enhanced Brand Content, A+ Detail, and Brand Story modules while conducting keyword research with Helium10 to optimize titles, bullet points, and back-end SEO copy. Collaborate with brand managers and PPC specialists to craft engaging product stories, manage multiple design projects, and maintain consistent brand identity across all visual and written materials. Submit content for approval, perform regular brand audits, and utilize A/B testing features to maximize listing visibility and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- A compelling portfolio displaying high-quality work with a clear emphasis on e-commerce projects
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with the Helium10 program for keyword research, listing optimization, and performance tracking
- Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including best practices for creating and managing product listings
- Experience using Google Workspace tools for document creation, project management, and communication
- Ability to work on-site while coordinating effectively with a remote team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work, ensuring all listings are free of errors and aligned with brand guidelines
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative solutions that enhance product listings and increase sales
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with other tools, such as InDesign
- Basic product photography skills and photo editing, retouching
- Previous experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically with Amazon
