Job Summary
Drive sales for ALICE + OLIVIA, FRAME, and rag & bone at Saks Fifth Avenue Boca Raton by offering outstanding customer service, maintaining compelling merchandise presentation, and building personal clientele. Serve as the key vendor partner to store leadership on all facets of the three brands while cultivating business through customer experience and product knowledge. Lead store-line product education, partner with visual merchandising to elevate brand images, and leverage data to identify key business opportunities. Effectively report on daily KPIs, weekly recaps, and track business against plans weekly, monthly, and seasonally. Communicate priorities to ensure leadership alignment and maximize opportunities. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years in retail sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends when business needs
