Job Summary
Brand Experience Manager at Bloomingdale's 59th Street focused on maximizing Alice & Olivia sales through exceptional customer service, product knowledge, compelling merchandise presentation, and building personal clientele. Responsible for cultivating the Alice & Olivia business, communicating sales results against plans, collaborating with central partners and store leadership, working with Visual Merchandising to elevate brand image, analyzing data to identify opportunities, and fostering a customer-centric team culture. Must support flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends and handle merchandise/fixtures up to 25 pounds. Base salary $70,000-$80,000 (NY-based).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years retail experience required
- Strong clienteling, selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to constantly bend, open, lift, carry and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds as needed
- Continuous standing and walking; ability to move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous management experience preferred but not required
