Job Summary
Draft member communications, produce on-site branding collateral, and execute a monthly calendar of cultural events for Working From_ Fulton Market. Manage local website CMS updates, source social media content, and serve as the primary point of contact for PR agency briefings. Provide regional brand support by processing purchase orders, monitoring social channels, conducting competitive research, and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across Americas properties. Partner with General Managers to translate commercial needs into targeted promotions and present business initiatives to external partners.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, hospitality, or creative agency environments
- Ability to travel throughout the Americas region
Desired Qualifications
- Exceptional visual eye and layout skills; basic graphic design competency (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for collateral updates
- Quick comfort learning new technologies; familiarity with website Content Management Systems (CMS), email marketing platforms (CRM), and project management software
- Highly organized multitasker with an innate attention to detail, capable of balancing immediate local priorities with multi-regional, multi-brand administrative demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Secondary language skills in Spanish or Portuguese
