Brand Enhancement Technician

Inspect surfaces to determine washing techniques and operate power washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and gum. Apply detergents before cleaning and perform routine maintenance on power washing and striping machines. Measure and mark areas for painting using chalk lines or ADA templates, then apply paint evenly along pre-determined patterns. Maintain overall facility appearance by cleaning canopies, under-decking, and performing light interior/exterior painting and repairs. Ensure ADA signage compliance and finalize work to an acceptable level while managing assigned inventory of parts and tools.
