Brand Enhancement Technician

Inspect surfaces to determine appropriate cleaning methods and set up power washing equipment safely to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and debris. Operate striping and painting equipment to apply paint to parking lots and walkways while ensuring ADA compliance, then perform general facility upkeep including lighting repairs and ceiling tile maintenance. Conduct routine maintenance on tools, manage inventory with +/- 1% accuracy, and complete both preventative and reactive work orders to uphold brand standards. This role requires significant physical activity, including lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors in varying conditions. Travel up to 50% is required, and candidates must maintain flexibility for varied shift schedules.
