Job Summary
Maintains visual appeal, safety, and cleanliness of 7-Eleven properties through power washing, surface cleaning, parking lot striping, light painting, and general maintenance. Performs preventative and reactive work orders; operates power washing and striping equipment; applies cleaning agents; ensures ADA compliance and safety; conducts painting projects; maintains tools and company vehicles; heavy physical work with standing, lifting, and repetitive motions. Collaborates with team members and external partners, adheres to schedules, and travels up to 50% as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
