Brand Enhancement Technician

Inspect surfaces to determine appropriate cleaning methods and operate power washing equipment safely to remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and debris. Operate hand-held and ride-on striping units to apply paint accurately to parking lots and walkways while ensuring ADA compliance. Conduct routine maintenance on tools, manage tool inventory within audit expectations, and perform general facility upkeep including lighting repairs and ceiling tile work. Complete both preventative and reactive work orders to quality standards while adhering to assigned schedules and shift start times. This role requires significant physical activity including lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors in varying conditions. Travel up to 50% is required to support multiple locations.
