Brand Enhancement Technician

Inspect surfaces, set up power washing equipment, and remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and debris from canopies, under-decking, and company-owned exterior structures. Operate hand-held and ride-on striping units to apply paint to parking lots and walkways while ensuring ADA compliance. Perform light interior and exterior painting projects, conduct routine maintenance on tools, and manage inventory of parts within audit expectations. Complete general facility upkeep including lighting repairs and ensure ADA signage is visible. Collaborate with team members and adhere to assigned schedules, maintaining flexibility for varied hours. This role requires significant physical activity, including lifting up to 100 lbs, and involves 50% travel across 7-Eleven's extensive network of convenience stores.
