Brand Enhancement Technician

Inspect surfaces, set up power washing equipment, and remove dirt, grime, mold, graffiti, and debris from canopies, under-decking, and exterior structures. Operate hand-held and ride-on striping units to apply paint to parking lots and walkways while ensuring ADA compliance. Perform routine maintenance on tools, manage tool inventory within audit expectations, and conduct general facility upkeep including lighting repairs and wall fixes. Complete both preventative and reactive work orders to quality standards while adhering to assigned schedules and shift start times. This role requires significant physical activity involving lifting up to 100 lbs and working outdoors in varying conditions.
