Job Summary
Conduct power washing, surface cleaning, parking lot striping, and light painting to maintain visual appeal and safety across 7-Eleven properties. Operate hand-held and ride-on equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and graffiti while applying paint to parking lots and walkways in compliance with ADA standards. Perform general facility upkeep including lighting repairs, ceiling tile maintenance, and tool management, completing both preventative and reactive work orders to quality standards. This Heavy Work role requires significant physical activity, lifting up to 100 lbs, and adherence to strict safety guidelines. Travel up to 50% of the time to various locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to operate equipment and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
