Job Summary
Translate brand strategy into practical guidance, governance, and assets to ensure consistent Avios brand delivery across digital touchpoints. Drive always-on digital activity for the Avios brand across websites, apps and CRM, and partner with Marketing, Product, Retail, PR and agencies to shape messaging, tone, visual identity and creative execution. Collaborate across international markets and with stakeholder teams to maintain brand standards and enable effective brand storytelling and customer experiences across channels. Be the connective tissue enabling brand consistency while adapting to evolving business needs in a hybrid London-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in brand marketing or brand management
- Experience developing or managing brand assets, guidelines, frameworks or governance processes
- Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams
- Experience working with agencies and reviewing creative work
- Experience with digital brand application across websites, apps, CRM and customer journeys
- Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
