Job Summary
Drive sustainable, profitable growth for the Walkerswood portfolio in NY/NJ through on-the-ground trade marketing, distributor partnerships, and retailer activation. Develop and execute NY/NJ trade marketing strategies and promotions aligned with brand messaging; optimize product placement and shelf presence with distributors and retailers; monitor regional performance and ROI of field activations; manage regional budgets; educate sales teams and partners on Walkerswood heritage, product usage beyond jerk, and heat profiles; coordinate consumer sampling programs and regional trade shows; ensure compliance with global brand guidelines and US labeling requirements; serve as the liaison between the US Master Franchise and local sales teams to maintain authentic brand advocacy and timely market feedback.
