Job Summary
Senior Brand Designer on the Brand Design team who leads the development and execution of visual identities across brands. You’ll collaborate with creative leads, brand managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class experiences. Apply advanced typography, color theory, layout, and photography to produce polished designs, and integrate AI tools into workflows. Responsibilities include creating visual identities for packaging, email, print collateral, and publications; communicating design decisions to teammates and stakeholders; staying current with trends in design, art, and culture; managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a maker’s mindset and collaborative spirit.
Required Qualifications
- Portfolio showcasing exceptional creative talent and design excellence
- 3+ years of experience as a Brand Designer / Art Director, preferably across multiple disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in design or visual arts
- Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Demonstrated experience with generative AI tools
- Conceptual thinker, strategic designer, and creative problem solver
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Excellent time management in fast-moving environments
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Proven team player with a collaborative spirit
