Job Summary
Brand Designer needed to design and art direct high-quality brand assets across campaigns, web, sales materials, video, events, social, and internal storytelling; help evolve and expand Decagon’s brand design system while contributing to brand strategy and messaging to translate thinking into clear visuals. The role emphasizes shaping Decagon’s brand expression, storytelling, and cohesive visuals across initiatives, requiring strong typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and a portfolio demonstrating taste and brand thinking. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite and experience designing for marketing surfaces are important, with 4-6 years in brand design or related roles. This is an in-office position in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in brand design, art direction, and marketing-focused creative roles
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual taste, storytelling, and brand thinking
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong interest in AI design models and tools
- Experience designing for marketing surfaces (web, campaigns, decks, events, content)
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
- Ability to interpret a brief and execute thoughtful, on-brand creative
- Comfort working in high-velocity environments with evolving priorities
