Own Wire 3’s visual brand across markets; design digital ads, social content, event materials, and out-of-home formats; build a scalable brand template system; lead brand narrative development including photo/video shoots; evolve brand look with intent; produce motion graphics; collaborate on paid/organic campaigns; supply event assets; manage creative queue; explain decisions to stakeholders; hybrid role with in-person commitment in Daytona Beach, FL; 75k-80k salary with bonus; bachelor’s in design/related field preferred; 4–5 years in brand/design; portfolio-driven; relocation okay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent portfolio-based experience considered
- 4–5 years of brand or graphic design experience with a portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and social formats
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling a brand system
- Portfolio required showing brand consistency across multiple formats
- Experience in a lean, high-growth, or startup marketing environment strongly preferred
- Based in Florida or open to relocating; hybrid schedule with regular in-person time in Daytona Beach required
