Job Summary
Brand Coordinator pipeline for future opportunities in restaurant marketing. Responsibilities include supporting client relationships and providing strategic guidance to improve and execute marketing programs; intake of project requests and defining requirements to brief internal and external resources; participating in internal meetings to prioritize client projects for creative, strategy, and media teams; leading internal discussions around client projects and expectations; managing projects in Monday.com and developing client-facing timelines; supporting client communications to ensure needs are met; facilitating weekly client status meetings and presenting content, strategies, and media recaps to gain buy-in on future projects; and being ready to jump in and provide support as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project or account management, preferably at an agency
- experience working at a media agency and/or in the hospitality industry is a plus
