Job Summary
Lead China Double Mint brand campaign execution, including Occasion building, core equity building campaign, and NPD campaigns; oversee Double Mint content AEP planning in collaboration with Cell & Media; manage yearly budget planning, execution, and financial reporting with precise execution; lead the design and delivery of the Extra occasion campaign (OTG, Study); collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to implement campaigns across omni-channel platforms; oversee brand content governance and development for the Double Mint brand; develop and implement a yearly brand communication strategy for sustainable growth; fluency in written and spoken English; strong collaboration skills to navigate ambiguities and conflicts; strong sense of media and omni-channel landscape; learning agility and result orientation.
