Job Summary
Lead China Double Mint Brand campaign execution, including Occasion building, core equity building campaign, NPD campaign, etc. Drive yearly China Double Mint content AEP planning in collaboration with Cell & Media. Manage and operate Double Mint's yearly non-working budget planning, execution, and financial reporting with flawless execution. Lead the design and delivery of the Extra occasion campaign (OTG, Study). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand campaigns and content governance across multiple media platforms, leveraging omni-channel insights. Work within Mars to build and protect Double Mint brand equity, contributing to long-term growth and cross-functional alignment. Fluency in English and strong stakeholder-management skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Around 5 years’ experience in relevant brand-building and strategic marketing and communications roles
- Experience in building brands through content/campaign across multiple media platforms
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and navigate ambiguities and conflicts
- Strong sense of the media and omni-channel landscape
- Good learning agility and result-oriented
- Fluency in written and oral English
