Job Summary
Go-to-Market Engineer Intern role within Apprenticely/Foreko partnership in Bentonville, AR. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology to build GTM systems, including marketing operations, CRM workflows, data pipelines, attribution, and AI-powered growth experiments. The 12-week internship emphasizes learning the brand system, developing the GTM playbook, and creating reusable digital assets and infrastructure, with a potential path to full-time based on employer demand. Must have interest or coursework in digital marketing, content creation, communications, or graphic design; be organized and capable of turning messy ideas into clear, repeatable systems; feel comfortable taking a build from idea to finished solution. Must be Arkansas resident, pass background check, work 40 hours per week, and be able to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship. No visa sponsorship needed and ability to learn new technologies is essential. Compensation is $15/hour, with a 40-hour workweek schedule and 3-month duration. Location is Bentonville, Arkansas with a Hybrid in-office schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arkansas state resident
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Ability to work 40 hours a week, following the three-month internship
- Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
- High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
- Technical aptitude exhibited through projects, experience, or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know
