Job Summary
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using premium home appliances to conduct live cooking demonstrations at showrooms and company events. Develop menus and recipes that showcase product features while ensuring food presentations reflect the brand's premium image. Welcome customers, share cooking techniques and product knowledge, and deliver engaging culinary storytelling during workshops, product launches, and promotional activities. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support brand campaigns and represent the company at exhibitions and media events. Requires minimum five years of professional culinary experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality with strong English communication skills. Willing to travel and work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience
- Strong experience in one or more of the following: Premium Vietnamese Cuisine, Omakase, Fine Dining, Luxury Hospitality
- Strong English communication skills, with the confidence to interact with international customers and stakeholders
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, and storytelling abilities
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to create engaging experiences
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about culinary excellence
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment
- Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when supporting events or promotional activities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-end restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium F&B establishments
