Job Summary
Conduct outbound calls to introduce Enthuziastic's free learning community to a curated list of prospects. Inform potential customers about upcoming events, including baking sessions, yoga, and competitions like Spell Bee and Chess tournaments. Build rapport, answer basic queries, and record feedback and interest levels accurately in the system. Follow up with interested prospects to ensure participation and meet daily/weekly call targets. Work closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies. This role is ideal for persuasive communicators passionate about education and online learning who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- A confident and persuasive speaking voice with a professional demeanor
- Ability to handle rejections and objections positively
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
