Job Summary
Brand Analyst role supporting Jolly Rancher Demand Creation Strategy on key projects and priorities. Assist Associate Brand Managers and Brand Managers in strategic and day-to-day marketing work, providing exposure to marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include project management for innovation initiatives, retail analysis using syndicated data (Circana, Numerator), trend identification via Innova/Datassentials, development of innovation concepts and concept renders with internal teams and external agencies, coordinating with agencies through RFPs, maintaining initiative trackers, and supporting dashboard creation and slide development for strategic planning. Required skills include strong analytical ability, data visualization, clear verbal and written communication, and proficiency in MS Office; experience in food and beverage project development is a plus.
