Job Summary
Senior Brand & Trade Manager in FMCG distribution (Amman, Jordan) responsible for end-to-end brand planning and trade execution. Leads brand plans, manages budgets and ROI, drives new product launches, pricing and positioning, and monitors performance through sell-in/sell-out data and consumer insights. Designs and executes trade activations, in-store promotions, POS materials, planograms, and channel-specific assets. Collaborates with regional distributors and brand principals; prepares sales forecasts, commercial plans, and promotional calendars; analyzes market data and competitive trends; and coaches the sales team on brand messaging and trade execution tools. Requires 4–6 years of FMCG brand/trade marketing experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent English communication, and strong stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in brand management and/or trade marketing within the FMCG industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working with multinational brands and distributors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data modelling) and PowerPoint
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter who thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment
